The Love of a thief
Many will believe he is evil, many will tell you he is crazy and many will plainly tell you he is heartless, but I will tell you that all of them our dead wrong. How can he be evil if he help me threw it all? How can he be crazy if he always thinks before hi act? How can he be heartless if he loves me and protect me? If you can answer this question with just a plain: " he is just pretending, he has no heart, he is just a thief" then you are wrong. He care when his village was destroyed, he suffer the death of his loves one and grew cold, but wouldn't you?.
When I see him sleeping peacefully like this, he look more like a angel then a thief, but either way I love him as angel or a thief. His love is a pure as the snow, his cared for me and will even give up his life for me. I know he did bad things in the past but he is still my friend, my lover and the thief that stole my heart. We have a long way to go, but I am not scared of the future because I know he will forever be by my side.
Some of my friends think it's wrong for me to love a thief, but some of them understand that Hikari's and Yami's are bound by love. Its simple Yugi once told me that people will never understand, it was simple fact that Yugi told me when he fell for his Yami. At first I didn't understand because I still tried to deny what I felt for my thief, but he shows me true love. He waited patiently for me to open up to him and accepted what I felt for him.
Bakura… His name is like the sweetest melody to my ears. I often believe that when he sleeps and I cuddle closer to his chest; I can almost hear the secret song that comes to having someone heart. It's a bit silly and I didn't believe Malik at first when he told me that you can hear the heart of your lover sing, but when I got closer to Bakura and laid my head on his chest I could almost swear, I could hear it sing. That's when I knew he really did love me; I a simple, ordinary kid got the love of a thief, but not just an ordinary thief the king of thief to be exact.
Many will tell you that having the love of a thief is a cursed, but I can tell you from my personal experience that having in the love of a thief is a treasure. Many would be a shame for having the love of a thief, but I feel proud and light as a feather knowing I stole the heart of thief and Many will tell you should just run away; I actually agree with them on that one, Yeah run away to his arms and stay there, You know you're safe in his arms.
