I'm Homesick
Sighing I find myself,
staring into space.
The stars shine brightly in the sky,
as we fly by this place.
I'm homesick...
Ojisan sits up front,
eating once again.
While Trunks captains our ship,
not quite easing my fears.
I'm homesick...
I left behind my okasan,
who tucked me in at night.
The same for my otosan,
who gave me piggy back rides.
I'm homesick...
Poor Goten got left behind,
all because of me.
But he's not disappointed,
he has his dates you see.
I'm homesick...
We have to go into the unknown,
to find the Black Star Balls.
I want to save the Earth and all,
but this trip takes so long.
I'm homesick...
I'll do it,
I'll be brave,
I'll face all my fears.
Fighting, flying, getting tough,
my courage will have no end.
I'll return home to Earth,
and live as it should be once again.
I must be strong these twelve months,
just in case we fail.
For if we do, the Earth will end,
and have a sad story to tell,
and yet,
I'm still homesick...
