*-*-*I do not own the Motorcity Machine Guns although I REALLY wish I did*-*-*
Ava Sabin walked around backstage at the Impact Zone. Her and one half of the Machine Guns, Alex Shelley, weren't scheduled til later in the evening and she was wanting to find him to go over the match and what all it would involve.
She rounded the corner to the locker rooms and entered the one marked MCMG. Alex was inside along with Chris. They both looked up as she entered. Chris smiled at the sight of his bride. Walking over he gave her a welcoming peck on the lips to which Alex rolled his eyes. He liked Ava but her and Chris' relationship wore on his nerves. They were always kissing, cuddling and grossing him out with their cuteness. Plus ever since they got married he saw less and less of his best friend and when he did there was Ava, attached to Chris' hip.
"So where has my beautiful bride been hiding tonite, " Chris asked as he held her close to him. Alex rolled his eyes again and continued to lace his boots.
" Nowhere really, just visiting with Jamie (Velvet Sky) she and Shane broke up so she's a little down. I was gonna stay a little but Lacey showed up complaining about something so of course that was more important. How the hell did she get a job here anyhow?"
"Her last name is Von Erich. That's how, " Alex said not looking up from still messing with his boots, " it doesn't matter that she sucks."
He stood up and crossed the distance between the three of them.
"So I am suppose to be facing one half of the British Invasion, Nigel Mcguines.
You are suppose to stay on the outside til he goes for a clothesline and then grab his ankle and he falls on his face. I set him up for sliced bread and that's all. 1.2.3. I win."
Alex looked at them both. Ava was resting her head on Chris' shoulder and Chris was looking at Alex with a can-you-leave-us-alone-look. Rolling his eyes, Alex walked out the door and down the hall.
