Toph's P.O.V

I had always wondered why Katara, Sokka, and Aang seemed jumpy and once I had solved it I thought it made so much sense, they are afraid of Zuko the crowned prince of the fire nation. Little do they know how much he means to me.

My name is Toph BeiFong, my father is Lou BeiFong the richest man in Goling the Earth Kingdome city I was raised in but at times I think that I was really raised in the Fire Nation capital. When my family was there Prince Zuko and I practically were glued to the hip. We were always together no matter what happened, even when I go a rock stuck in my foot Zuko was there to help me.

*Flashback*

I was funning through the garden with Zuko chasing me saying "I'm gonna get you Toph!"

"Yeah right, in your dreams Zuko!" I had shouted over my shoulder when I tripped and fell. I heard Zuko's foot steps get faster but it was not out of a close victory, it was out of worry. When he reached me he knelt down and put me half way into his lap. "Tophy, what's wrong?"

I tripped and now I have a rock stuck in my foot."

"Let's get you home so my mommy can help you."

"wait, let me bend this rock out of my foot."

After I eat bended the rock out of my foot Zuko picked me up bridle style and carried me back to our mothers but why Zuko's mom cleaned and dressed the wound on my foot my mom was yelling at me for running even though I'm blind when Zuko tried to interfere.

"Mrs. BeiFong, it was my fault. I was the one who started a game of tag by being it and I was the one who caused her to trip by yelling to her. Punish me not Toph." Zuko tried to take the blame but I told them what really happened and nether of us got in trouble. After out mom's left to get ready for dinner I kissed Zuko on the cheek and whispered "Thank you ZuZu." *End of Flashback*

Zuko means a lot to me but with Katara gong through my stuff I have to keep my two prized possessions with me at all times. I will NOT let her see the rock heart and the rock statue of Zuko and I together Zuko gave me. Ever!
