Caleb's

POV

I glanced at the clock. It seemed like I finished the test an hour ago. I knew it was impossible because the test had been handed out 5 minutes ago. I already finished my test but when I looked around the room people were still writing stuff down. I wish the hour would be over soon. I pulled my book out to read, but before I could open it the teacher said "okay class turn in your test, and have a great weekend." After that I felt so tired I could barely get up. "Are you alright Caleb" asked my friend Eli. "Yeah I'm fine" I replied "I'm just tired"

Later on the bus I sat by Eli. Usually we were the only two that got off at that stop but today someone got off with us. He was a really tall, muscular guy with the hood of his jacket pulled over his face. We got off the bus and immediately when the bus left the tall guy grabbed my bag and ran off. I started to chase him but I was so tired that I could barely walk. It didn't matter though because an arrow sprouted from his back. I turned around and saw Eli holding a bow. I had no idea how he managed to fit it in his backpack, but I was more surprised that he just killed someone. "Why did you kill him" I said. Eli ignored me and walked over to the motionless body he flipped him over revealing his single eye in the center of his forehead. "That's why" he stated. I was speechless, but unfortunately the body wasn't "You will never succeed" It said creepily. "You won't succeed child of-"A sword sprouted from his chest and I blacked out in a flash of light.

When I woke up I was lying on a white bed. I scanned the room around me and saw Eli standing in the corner. "You're awake" he said. "Where am I" I asked. A man in a wheel chair rolled in "Camp Half-Blood" he said smiling. "We've been trying to find a good time to take you here." "What's Camp Half-Blood?" I asked. "A place where demigods train to face monsters." Eli replied "What's a demigod" I asked. "It's a –"Eli started to say but was interrupted by the wheelchair guy "all your questions will be answered later. If you have the energy come outside." I got out of the bed, and immediately fell. I got up leaning on the wall for support. I slowly walked outside. My legs felt like jelly. When I got outside I found a chair and immediately sat down. Camp Half-blood looked amazing. In a forest kids were running around everywhere playing tag. There were twelve other buildings with people going in and out. There was a canoeing river. There was an archery range. The man in the wheel chair came up to me holding a long box. He handed it to me saying "Your father told me to give this to you for your birthday" "My birthday?!" I exclaimed. "My birthday is in five months" wheel chair buy and Eli looked at each other. "Caleb" Eli said "you've been asleep for six months.
