Since there's already an Oooh Mister Robin! By ChuChuMarshmallow (go read it it's hilarious), I figured it was time for a Ooh Mister West.
Prepare your monocle.
The door swooshed open and in dashed a strapping young lad.
"Dick, I am home now," Wally announced, his mere presence smoldering. "And also my tight spandex body suit, ripped?" The small tear fluttered a little.
"Ooh, Mister West, ooh," replied Dick, who was so beside himself that he swooned. With meta-human speed, Wally zoomed in and caught the swooning Dick.
"Let's do it," Dick breathed wantonly, throwing his head back.
"Yes." Wally leaned forward, staring passionately down at Dick. "And I will leave my goggles on."
Dick gazed at him.
Meanwhile, in a 20 mile radius of this event.
SUPERBOY SCREAMING. "ARGHEUGHEHGHHR!"
BATMAN TURNING GAY. "Mister West~"
It was amazing.
