RESIDENT EVIL:
RESURRECTION
Thirteen years have passed since the outbreak.
Raccoon City no longer exists.
The Umbrella Corporation is no more. They're the ones who caused it. WilPharma took its place but got bought out by an organization called TriCell. So many people are clueless to what i know... How this all happened. Six years after the outbreak Leon S. Kennedy working under special orders was sent to rescue Ashley Graham, the President's daughter.
There he discovered a virus called Plaga. Five years after these events Christopher Redfield, Co-Founder of the BSAA, Was joined with Sheva Alomar another member of the BSAA, to Africa. There they found two viruses. The Progenitor virus and Uroboros.
Members of the BSAA receive special training to combat BOWs and the infected, which sets them apart from the regular military.
I write this with a bottle of whiskey at hand, Hoping someday to release the information I contain. There is a lot more to what I wrote.
"We found this in your apartment."
"I take it i'm here to tell a full story."
"Indeed. Do you know I am?"
"CIA?..I don't know. Why am I here?"
"You can say that I am with the CIA. You are connected with a series of events. As a matter of fact this shows some proof that you know things."
"You're not CIA... And you're definitely not a reporter. What do you want?"
"I want to know everything"
"I take it I have no choice."
"Starting from the beginning."
"Very well then... I started working for Umbrella at the age of 17. At first I started off small. Conducting experiments on primates... Baboons. I worked at the Spencer Mansion. Such a marvelous place it was. To my amazement it still stands. These experiments we conducted had to do with the Tyrant virus.
My first discovery on what the Tyrant virus was when one of the subjects acted upon it rapidly. They told us we would just be trying to find a cure for some infection in Africa. Little did we know of what was to come. We were to inject the primates with a single dose of the virus. These monkeys would feint or fall into a deep slumber. We sent the results to Sector A. We did not know what the virus did.
No one told us anything. A worker was shot for asking a question. I didn't dare question authority after that incident. There was that one day which changed our lives.
The day where we succeeded. Such a horrible day it was. We injected a baboon with the virus and waited for results. We had thought it went to sleep but it just died. It died peacefully. We had called Sector A to tell of what happened. Whoever was on the line just chuckled and said they'd be on their way down. In our wait we observed our deceased experiment wondering why this one would be such an importance. Then... The unbelievable happened. It's tail twitched. My colleagues jumped back. I was lost in a trance of what happened.
Soon the monkey was standing on it's legs staring back at me, drooling, looking as if it were a lost child. It raised it's head up in the air and sniffed it. I smiled recognizing what we have done.
We created life. The Tyrant virus was to bring back the dead! I went to open the cage. The monkey was tamed so it meant no harm. The door opened to our lab. A man shouted not to open the cage.
Confused, hand on the lock, I looked back at the primate. It stared at me with wild pure white eyes.
Teeth sharper than before. It thrashed itself at me and I fell to the floor where I now was the lost child.
Fear filled in me. The monkey threw itself more at the cage, willing to get out. It beat its head against the metal bars. A face covered in blood screamed at me. Clawing at me. Never in my life have I seen such horror.
A group of men stood in front of me. All observing what we created. One of them turned around. Offered me a hand that i took and helped me up. He chuckled. This was the man on the phone. This is when I met Albert Wesker."
