Author's note: First attempt for a short Seddie one-shot. Please Enjoy and bear with my bad grammar.

(Freddie's POV)
It's late at night and we're still in Carly's house. We have this crazy contest on iCarly that they have to send us some ideas for the next show since we're running out of them.
Carly is upstairs, leaving me and Sam on the couch sitting next to each other. I don't mind, as long as she keeps quiet.
I opened an envelope and read its content. It was good but tons were better so I placed the paper back on the envelope and threw it on the box where the unsuccessful ones are. I opened another one and as I was reading the first half I was already sure it was a candidate for winning.
"Hey, I think this one is good" I said particularly to Sam but I kept my eye on the letter. I read while I waited for a response.
"Hey Sam" I said after a few minutes of silence. I still have my eyes on the letter since I was so glued to it. Annoyed by Sam ignoring me.
"Sam!" I said a little louder this time but after that I froze as I felt a weight on my shoulder. I immediately looked at my shoulder and saw Sam's head. She's probably asleep.
You might think I'll shove her away but, as awkward as it may sound, it feels right. I looked at her head and I smelled strawberries on her hair, it was pleasant. I smirked and placed the letter beside me. I scratched my eye and rested my head on Sam's. I slightly adjusted myself, afraid that I might wake her up. I didn't know why but I chuckled a bit then closed my eyes.
I heard footsteps coming from the stairs. It may be Carly but for now, I'm too comfortable to worry on what she may think.

I opened my eyes and found myself lying down on my back in the couch. I sat up and looked around and saw Carly looking at me with a envelope in her hand. We looked at each other for a while
"Sam already went home" Carly said. The question must be written on my face. "Don't worry; you two have already shifted positions when she woke up"
I sat properly and I saw Carly smiling at me
"What?" I asked looking confused
"So…" She said "What's up with you and Sam?"
I was caught off guard by the question. I blinked a few times and searched for the right words in my head. Her smile grew bigger and it was making me feel uneasy.
"There's nothing going on between me and Sam!" I exclaimed and she chuckled
"Oh, really? What's with the sleeping position earlier?" Carly said teasingly
"Carly!"
"Freddie!"
"Carly…" This time in a whiny voice
"Okay, but please explain" She said with as smile
"She fell asleep on my shoulder but I don't want to wake her up and since I was sleepy and tired rested my head on Sam's" I don't know if its considered lying but it was the simplest way to explain it
"Of course" She said. I stood up and looked around
"We can't read this all in one day, let's continue tomorrow" I said putting my hands on my pockets "I'm going home, goodnight"
"Just friends?" She asked and I looked at her and narrowed my eyes. I sighed and threw my hands up.
"Just friends"
"Okay, goodnight" Carly said and I nodded. I walked to the door and turned around to face her again
"Just friends" I repeated
"I get it" She said with a slight chuckle
I walked out her apartment and closed the door behind me. When I was in front of my apartment door, I stopped.
"Just friends" I whispered and smiled "For now"
