Sorry I havent been posting my other stories...btu I have some bad news.

My flashdrive died. So I'm going to have to re-write mostly everything. And to make matters worse...I have a serious case of writers block for them.

Therefore, I'm doing some oneshots.

Enjoy!

Wendy hated to use her gun.

However, it had become a usual item in her hand that she looked odd not carrying it around, and she had gotten used to having a loaded gun on her person, but it felt rather odd to carry a gun with her to the bathroom and such.

But hey, deliverymen had to be disciplined, interns had to be intimidated, and crowds had to be controlled.

Therefore, the 9-millimeter handgun stayed.

If not in her hand, then in her back pocket, where it was easily accessible in times of unwanted deliveryman flirtation.

In fact, she suspected that one of the main reasons Joker had taught her to use a gun was because of the unwanted flirtation, and not just because she was now directly under him and in control of the whole library.

And shooting Yomiko Readman was one of the personal goals after "The Paper" had burnt down the British Library and hurt Joker.

Her Joker.

And needless to say, her goal had been reached. Shooting Yomiko in the arm was easier than she thought. Of course, she was so pissed off at the moment Yomiko escaped that she did do some crowd control; just to make herself feel better.

Of course, she would've done something worse if Joker didn't come to bail her out.

She sat in the back seat of the car, her gun down and head resting on the window, eyes closed. She not her breathed in slowly and calmly, letting out a breath that carried stress.

Today wasn't her day, was it?

She decided immediately that as soon as she got back to the library, the target range would be her first destination.

After re-loading her gun with permission from Joker, that is.
