Chas Kyoro is Meg Kanto's best friend. Chas has short brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. She loves anime and owns lots of plushies. She's a great singer and drawer too. Meg has freckles and brown hair. She loves being evil and arguing with Chas, but they're still friends. They both go to Kyoto high.
