What would happen if Elizabeth needed a man's opinion for a date…?

Lizzington one-shot.

Disclaimer: I think we all know I don't own Blacklist…

Do You Like This Dress?

Liz was having a crisis. Ok not an actual serious crisis but one that required someone else to help.

Ressler, maybe? No. Not this sort of stuff.

Aram? Nope, the guy is too nice. Wouldn't tell me the truth she thought.

Samar? Not a chance, they weren't that close.

She had one last person she knew she could call… Raymond Reddington.

In all fairness to the man, he definitely knew what looked good and how to wear clothes well.

"Red?"

"Lizzy, to what do I owe the pleasure?"

"I'm sort of in need of a bit of help. Would you be able to come and see me, like right now, please?"

"Of course Lizzy, I'm on my way!"

15 minutes later Red found himself at Liz's door. He was apprehensive about the sort of help Liz needed, it didn't sound dyer on the phone and she didn't sound like she was in pain. Nor did she elaborate to what could be bothering her…

He knocked and Liz shouted to let him in.

As he walked into the living area, Liz stood before him wearing a long, black, strapless, perfectly fitted dress, her hair was immaculately done, every strand of hair was set in perfect place. Her makeup was flawless with every stroke.

She looked amazing, more than amazing, words failed Red as he just stood and stared at her.

He was instantly turned on; his Lizzy was standing before wearing the most flattering dress he'd ever seen any woman wear.

This was neither the time nor place for him to get so turned on.

I wonder if she's in the sort of need of help I am right now he thought. That sort of problem he could definitely help with.

His predatory stare made Liz blush, she'd always thought her sexual attraction to Red was one sided and that there was no way that he'd like her as much as she did or at all for that matter.

"Red, please say something… do I look ok?"

He was still struggling for words but realised it'd be better if he said something soon.

"Turn." Just that one worded demand, but the struggle was still too much. His voice came out dry and hoarse.

Once again, she blushed.

His voice.

His clothes.

His smell.

Why, why do I have to be attracted to the forth most wanted criminal?! She thought as she turned around.

"It… looks good…" Once again his voice was dry and hoarse.

"A bit more would be nice Red, does anything need changing?"

"No, not one thing." He said shaking his head from side to side.

"Really?" She really was questioning herself, why does she not believe she is beautiful. I'd love to show her just how beautiful I thought she was right now he thought to himself.

"Where are you going anyway?" Red asked. He knew the answer; he was silently wishing he was wrong though.

"I have a blind date, something my aunt sorted out. She knew the guy's grandma and they both thought we'd get on."

"Well, he'll be the envy of every other guy wherever he takes you." And once again Liz could feel her cheeks blush.

"Come on, I need to know. Does this look good or should I put something else on?"

"Elizabeth, sweetheart you look unquestionably remarkable…" though I'd happily tell you to take it off. He seemed to breathless, it turned her on.

"Are you sure?" Liz started turning again; wanting to make sure he could see every bit of her. She could feel herself getting quite aroused; she liked the idea of turning the great Raymond Reddington wordless.

"Elizabeth, please come here." Slowly Liz made the gap between them smaller. He looked at her, up and down and parted his lips to speak again. "Closer." Her feet moved on their own accord and into his space. "And turn again."

He stopped her as her back was to him.

He moved his mouth to her ear and moved his lips ever so slightly over her lobe.

His voice was low as he whispered into her ear. "Believe me when I say this Lizzy, you look absolutely stunning right now and if you weren't off out on a date this evening I'd be tempted to show you exactly how beautiful you look."

The ache between her legs was becoming more and more apparent.

Her pulse racing.

Her eyes dilating.

"Show me." She whispered.

"Excuse me?" He couldn't believe what he was hearing; he could feel himself growing more. It was a good thing her back wasn't too close to his chest.

"I want you to show me." She was so happy that she wasn't facing him for this conversation.

"Turn around."

She obliged.

He grabbed her hand and placed it on his chest, just over his rapidly beating heart. His eyes avoided hers; she noted this to be weird behaviour from Red.

"This is what happens when you stand next to me, when you sit near me, when you talk to me, when you're angry, when you're upset, when you walk…" Their eyes met. "You have to believe me Elizabeth; you could get any guy you wanted. You're undeniably… extremely… wonderfully… strikingly… beautiful."

"Please show me."

He moved his lips closer to hers and lightly feathered his lips around hers. "Beautiful… stunning… gorgeous" He murmured as his lips continued to lightly travel around hers. He traced his lips over hers. He let his lips travel slowly around hers.

Teasing

Nipping

Biting

He gave up and lightly let their lips meet. It was slow and sensual at first but then a wave of urgency took them both as they both allowed the others tongues to enter. She bit his lip as they both smiled into the frenzy kiss.

Red pulled back to look at the beautiful women at the end of his lips.

"You do know that I can't just have you for one night don't you?" He asked.

"You do know that I can't just have you for one night don't you?" She asked him back.

He let out a breath he didn't realise he was holding and smiled lightly.

"The dress, I hate it. I think you should take it off." He paused for a moment and looked her up and down. "Immediately."

"You know it's funny you should mention that because I was just thinking of how hideous that suit it." Liz turned and walked towards her bedroom door while undoing the back of her dress and slowly let it slide down her body.

"As much as I would rather not mention this right now I feel I should; should you not call your date?"

"Give me five minutes."

Liz came back wearing nothing but red lacy underwear and a thin red bra. Red was sat on the end of her bed simply staring at the wall. "Why do I feel like you bought this specifically for me?" Liz approached him slowly and stood directly in front of him then looked down and pulled his head up. "Aren't we presumptuous?" He stood up, placed his hands on her waist and pulled her towards him so that their bodies were so close that they shared the same heat. He stared at her eye to eye and slowly moved his lips to her ear before he spoke in a low and hushed tone. "I always am."

It was then that she woke from her dream, the sound of her phone shirked and she darted from the bed to pick it up.

It was him.
