"Ugh! Why did we come to this godforskeen town anyway?"Anna whined

"First of all ,it's not a town-it's a city. It's Toronto!"Jeremy said

Eli and Clare were at the dot when they spotted the brunette pair giggling.

"This is a preppie version of the Grill."Jeremy said

"Because the Grill was so dark!"Anna said, flirty punching his shoulder.

Clare looked at the girl, curvy but tiny. If the girl wasn't in a happy relationship with the boy-who looked so much like Eli- and wasn't here obviously on vacation ,she might be worried Eli might dicde to like her instead.

She saw Jenna and Bianca eye the boy.

But all of their hopes died with a kiss of their lips,so common place.

Their hands were entwined and so were their eyes.

"Want to go talk to them?"Eli whispered into her ear and Clare nodded.

"Hey."Clare said

"So where you guys from?"Eli asked

"Not even going ask our names?"Anna asked

"Tone it down, Anna! I'm pretty sure they just trying to be nice. Anna is from where-ever,w here I'm from the humble town of Mystic Falls, Virginia."Jeremy said

Clare looked at the girl-who she got her name was Anna- and admired her look.

"HUMBLE? Very good joke, Jer. Mystic Falls and their Founding Families have the biggest egos ever."Anna said

"Jer?"Eli questioned

"No, it's Jeremy but my friends and family call me Jer. Even my beautiful girlfriend Anna, who is sitting next to me."Jeremy said

"Umm..OW, Anna! May I remind you I'm a Gilbert therefore a member of Founding Families?"Jeremy side commented to Anna.

"I'm Elijah but everyone calls me Eli and that's Clare."Eli said

"They look just like we did!"Anna side commented to Jeremy

"Uhh, what?"Clare asked

"Well, Jeremy kissed me in the woods at a party and you guys look like we did when we first hanged afterwards."Anna said

"And then we kissed again, at the Miss Mystic ball."Jeremy said

Clare and Eli exchanged glances as in "How do they do know about the kiss?"

"Try it .I wasn't sure me and Jeremy were going to work, but we did."Anna said.

Clare and Eli backed away when Jeremy and Anna started kissing passionately.

They parted.

"I love you." Jeremy said to Anna

"I love you." Anna said to Jeremy

Clare thought if they could make it work, maybe her and Eli could too.

So on a whim; she kissed Eli passionately in front of the Dot.

To her surprise, Eli kissed back.
