Summary: Tyler gets caught red handed, but Jake lets him go - trusting in karma to teach him a lesson.

Beta by Aunt Bran, thanks you so much!

A Picture to Burn

Jake and I have been working and going to the church for a few years and we haven't noticed anything stolen from either building until last week. We were in our counseling meeting when someone stole both of our cell phones and the keys to our house.

When we were done with our counseling meeting one of my friends, Bella, caught him. She brought him to us as we were walking to the door. Jake and I knew who it was; it was Tyler Crowley.

He was the one who also been stealing the money from our employer too. What doesn't he know is that karma will be waiting for him when he least expects it.

Jake was about to hit him, but I stopped him. Bella is stronger than I thought- because Tyler was pretty strong.

"Why Tyler, just why?" I asked as I looked at Jake.

"To make sure you don't tell anyone about my sexuality, since I do come here, and besides I had no money," he muttered as he was trying to make an escape.

"Not so fast buddy, you don't come back here and show your face," Jake retorted.

I knew where this was going to lead . A fight and a picture will be burnt. Jake knew that I don't like him to fight, because that's why he end up here.

"Leah, but I need to, this guy doesn't believe in asking," he whispered to me.

"You know I don't like you to fight Jake," I mumbled holding onto him.

"Yes, I am with Edward," Tyler replied as be looked at us.

"I knew he was hiding something from me," I said grabbing Jake's hand.

"I will go and won't come back," Tyler replied as he looked down.

Both of us moved out of the way and Tyler walked as fast as he could;,that was the last time we saw him.
