Asaka's Birthday

Asaka Narumi stood in the evalator heading to her room, her hands full of beautiful wrapped gifts. It was currently her birthday and she had received the gifts from the Cardfight Club members. "Strange, Ren-Sama wasn't there during the club session." She wondered to herself "what happened to him?" The evalator door opened with a chime.

"I didn't remember the room being so dark." She thought to herself. Her footsteps sounded against the colorful floor of her room as she went toward the light switch. As she flicked the switch, the lights slowly flickered on, revealing Ren lying on the small stage in the middle of her room. Asaka's eyes widened in shock and confusion as she saw that he was shirtless. She screamed.

Ren Suzugamori jolted up, startled by the scream. "Asaka…. why did you do that?" he asked the now madly blushing blue haired girl at the furthest corner of the room. "Why are you…you know? That!?" she exclaimed, dumping the gifts onto a huge purple stuffed bear. "It was hot in here." He replied densely. "He could have just turned on the air conditioning." She thought sweat dropping.

"Oh yea. Here you go!" he said passing her a huge colorful box. Puzzled, she opened it and came face to face with a Elegant Elephant plushie. Asaka blinked, surprised that THE Ren Suzugamori would get her something for her birthday. Thinking about this fact brought tears to her eyes.

"Asaka? Are you alright?" Ren asked worriedly as he saw her tears. She nodded, trying to balance the box in one hand and wiping her teary eyes with the other.

"I'm fine." She replied, turning around to place the box on the teddy bear, which was overloaded with gifts. "I thought you didn't like it." He said reappearing behind her; almost startled by this, Asaka squealed and dropped the box on the poor teddy with a soft thud.

"Don't scare me like that!" she exclaimed, while holding her chest as if her heart was about to pop out any moment. . "But you look like you wanted to be scared." He said in a singsong voice. Asaka's face flushed crimson.

"Asaka? Tetsu told me something." He started still staring at her. "What did he tell you?" she asked, turning around to face him. Ren grinned and wrapped his hands around her waist, earning a slight squeak from her.

"He told me," he whispered huskily in her ear "that I am your inspiration ..right?" He smirked as she turned redder than a tomato. "I'm so gonna kill Tetsu!" Asaka thought. Before she could reply back, Ren cupped her cheeks and pulled her into a passionate kiss. Instead of resisting him, Asaka wrapped her arms around his neck; pulling herself closer to his bare body. The kiss went on, until they were both out of breath. She cracked an eye open and saw him smiling warmly at her.

Ren placed his forehead against hers, causing her to flush again. "Consider this as your other birthday gift." He said before, going to get his school uniform which was left on the makeshift stage. Before walking into the lift, he lifted her chin up, capturing her lips into another sweet kiss. "I think, I want a gift like this on my birthday from you, Asaka. Happy birthday." Ren said as he walked into the evalator. As soon as he left, she walked towards the gifts, picked up the purple stuffed elephant and plopped onto the couch at the corner of the room squealing. "He kissed me. Ren really kissed me." She thought while giggling. "Best birthday ever!"

At the stimulating room…

"Oh….Tetsu." Ren calmly said as he flipped the top card of his deck.

"Yes? Ren?" he answered, retiring one of his rear guards.

"Watch out for Asaka, she's hunting you down."
