Read parents takes parenting classes

After Arthur stood up to Mr. and Mrs. Read for playing favorites they enroll in parenting class to learn the error of their ways. They don't want Arthur to resent them later in life. Or he wont visit them very much or not at all. See what happens. This starts just after Arthur stood up to his parents. They want to be better parents now and enroll in classes for it.

"I hope this class works," said Mrs. Read, "To become better parents."

"I also hope so," said Mr. Read, "For our sake."

"It should help us," said Mrs. Read, "I heard it works."

"Lets go in then," said Mr. Read, "So Arthur wont resent us when he grows up."

They went inside the classroom. The Frensky's is there. The others they don't know yet. But they will. Some are like them some are helicopter parents and the rest for other reasons. The teacher came in and talking to them all how to get started.

"After taking this class," said the teacher, "You should be better parents. Any questions? Okay Jane Read."

"Does this really work," said Mrs. Read, "Or not?"

"It indeed works," said the teacher, "If you pay attention to what we tell you it will work wonders. David Read."

"How long have this class been around?" said Mr. Read, "I just want to know."

"It has been around for 15 years," said the teacher, "Lets get started no more questions now."

She is talking to them that she was a helicopter parent and her parents played favorites. And that parents need to be fair and not be poor parents. She hopes they all listen to her. After day 1 they went home and saw Arthur and D.W. now.

"How did your first class go?" said Arthur, "I just want to know."

"The first day was good," said Mrs. Read, "Thanks for standing up to us."

"That is good to know," said Arthur, "I got tired of you both blaming me all the time what D.W. does."

"Looks like i wont get my way anymore," said D.W., "I liked it the way it was."

"It was unfair to Arthur here," said Mrs. Read, "We want to be better parents."
