Summary: Sylvi, Hikabo, and Torimaru talk to Naruto, Sakura, and Shikamaru about the idea of a war between the Leaf and the Cloud
Team Erisu of the Hidden Cloud Village stood outside the gates of the Hidden Leaf Village. It consisted of the silver haired werewolf kunoichi with the Tornado Style kekkei genkai, the dark brown haired shinobi with the Blood Style kekkei genkai, and the tan haired shinobi with the Hiden Bird Jutsu. They had just received word that there may be a war between the Hidden Leaf Village and the Hidden Cloud Village. And they suspected it wasnt really going better at the Five Kage Summit, where Danzo: the Hokage, Gaara: the Kazekage, A: the Raikage, Onoki: the Tsuchikage, and Mei: the Mizukage were called together.
"What are you three doing here?" a voice behind them demanded.
Sylvi crossed her arms as she turned around. "We thought we'd just hang out and rant about the war that might occur between our villages," she said sarcastically, not even looking who she was talking to.
"Arent you Cloud shinobi?" the voice inquired. "Shouldnt you be loyal to your village?"
Sylvi actually took the time to identify who she was commercing with. It was Shikamaru Nara, ponytail and flak jacket and all.
"We are no enemies of the Leaf Village," Hikabo stated. "Team Erisu, that is." His teammates nodded their agreement.
"So youre possibly going against the Raikage's desicion?" Shikamaru questioned again.
Torimaru wore a careless expresssion as he glanced at his teammates before answering. "Yeah."
"Little word of advice," Shikamaru said sarcastically. "Lord Raikage is hot headed. You of all people should know that."
"Look Nara," Sylvi began. "We're friends of the Leaf. We dont want to end up fighting against you guys. We've already seen you guys fight at the Chunin Exams."
"We have too," Naruto and Sakura came up behind Shikamaru. "Lord Raikage probably wont want to lose you shinobi, some of the best of the Cloud. Especially not a werewolf."
Sylvi glared. "Werewolf or no werewolf, I'm not going to fight against the Leaf."
"Me neither," Tori answered.
"It's surprising to see shinobi turn their back on their village," Sakura commented.
"We're not turning our backs on the Cloud," Hikabo interjected.
"At least not yet," Sylvi corrected.
"Lord Raikage is just upset about Sasuke. He blames the Leaf for not taking action," Tori carelessly stated.
"So youre also blaming us?" Shikamaru asked.
"Who said anything about blaming anyone?" Sylci demanded. "Our point is that we dont want a war. Okay?!"
The Leaf shinobi were surprised at Sylvi's outburst.
"Sorry," Sylvi apologized.
"I really dont think any of us want a war," Hikabo announced. "Am I right?" Tori nodded vigorously, Sylvi gave him a look that said, "Shouldnt it be obviois?", Shikamaru nodded slowly, Naruto and Sakura answered. "Yes."
"So threr you have it," Hikabo told the Leaf shinobi. "Not all of the Cloud are against the Leaf."
"I guess youre right," Shikamaru heaved a sigh.
"Good," Sylvi nodded. "We'll be leaving now. We wanna now what happened at the Five Kage Summit."
Team Erisu started back toward Kumogakure. Before they left Sylvi turned around. "Dont let Sasuke's betrayal get to you too much. Im sure its just a phase."
Sylvi Omaki, Torimaru Rakuen, and Hikabo Takamoto left the Leaf Village, but after talking to them, Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and Shikamaru Nara were sure that the shinobi werent lying.
