'Stig of the dump' - The corrected version
Hello, my name is Thomas Peters, although you probably would know me as 'Stig'. I am here to rewrite the story of Barney and I from my point of view, to explain everything a little better than Barney did – incompetent fool that he was. You see, in his record of the events (told in the third person), he made it seem as if I misunderstood him a lot, and made me seem like quite a stupid character, in my eyes. When I read it, I was bursting to get my story out to the world, but you know how publishers are. Anyway, here I am on , and seeing as publishers would not distribute my story to the public for 'copyright reasons', I shall tell it here. Barney didn't know the full story you see, because quite simply, I couldn't be bothered telling him. I didn't even want him around. I thought that eventually he'd get bored of bugging me and then leave as quickly as he'd arrived, as young ones do. He stuck around for almost a whole year, though. I thought I'd never get rid of him.
So here we go. My first person account of how the story really went. I hope you're sitting comfortably, because it's quite a tale.
Thomas Peters.
I do not own Stig, Barney or anything included in the original novel which was written by Clive King.
Thomas Peters is my own name given to Stig, he never said anything about Stig being a competant person with a proper identity such as this.
