"The Shadowed Heart, de arimasu!"
The tv in the Hinata house is showing an alarming report "it seems that a strange pink animal is breaking into various stores and then leaving. Store owners report that nothing was stolen but the place was left in a mess. Hunters have been hired to find and-or kill this animal. Even when the animal was standing completely still cameras still could not get a clear picture. We will keep you informed as more info arrives"
"Sarge you don't think..." Tamama looks at him slightly worried
"Unfortunately there is only one Keronian who can get away with that without getting a good picture."
"Is that another one of your platoon members Sarge?" Fuyuki asks
"Yes, Junior-Corporal Kiriri."
"Oh wow can't wait to meet her..." he looks at the clock "I'm gonna be late!" he runs out
"Bye Fuyuki!"
Later in Keroro's room
"So we all know that Kiriri is somewhere here..."
"I have a question: Does anyone know why she's breaking into these stores and not stealing anything?"
"Ku ku ku! I presume she's looking for us and getting food from the stores so she doesn't starve."
"For once he didn't make a messed up explanation for it." Tamama realizes
"I say we all start looking for her before they start inspecting the houses looking for anything suspicious." Giroro stands up
Once Fuyuki's school day ended
"Finally. I wonder what the Sarge is up to?" he runs home to see the tv on with the Keroro platoon watching carefully
"Hunters have finally caught the animal and are trying to get it to answer questions as we speak..." the screen turns to Kiriri being pressured to answer questions
"why won't you speak to us?" one guy asks
She clears her throat "I'm quiet by nature and don't talk much even around my own kind..."
"So there's more of you?"
She doesn't answer and they hit her "N-no! Just similar I'm the only one visiting the planet."
Back to the news casters "This creature will be sent to a government facility and studied for more research."
"I can't believe it" (Giroro)
"I know you'd think she'd make it a little longer" (Keroro)
"should we help her?" (Tamama)
"and how would we save her without getting caught?" (Giroro)
"what happened guys?" Fuyuki steps in
"they caught Kiriri, and she's in pretty bad shape" Keroro explains then they look at the sad pink Keronian sitting in a cage with several bullet holes through her tail and a scar tracing over her heart that's still bleeding
"we have to help her!" (Fuyuki)
"Ku ku ku! I have do have one way to help her but it's risky..."
