A/N- Once again another story idea I had. If you've seen the TV show Ninja warrior then you'll kinda know what's coming, but if you haven't then you need to read. Enjoy!
Team 7 was once again on the bridge waiting for their oh so late sensei. Naruto and Sakura were pissed and arguing with each other and their-selves. Sasuke just sighed and slouched even more on the railing. Sasuke had been brought back from Sound a few months earlier. They were all 16 and were glad that the team was back together. 'Poof.'
The three 16 year olds turned towards the cloud, "Yo."
"You're late Kakashi-sensei!" Both Naruto and Sakura yelled.
"Aye, Aye. Gomen-nasai. But I have a good reason. I was being briefed on an event that's coming up."
"Nani?" All three said confused.
"Yeah. There's this event that's coming up It's for all ninjas but sorry to say Sasuke, you can't be in it because of your restrictions."
"Hn."
"Anyway you can't use any chakra and can only rely on your personal strength. Also if you win you could possibly be moved up to chuunin levelor get a three week vacation to a tropical island. Paid fully in advanced and you get $2,000 to spend there. And whatever you don't spend you get to keep."
"Really?!" Sakura practically yelled inflamed.
"Yep."
Naruto and Sasuke were quiet but were excited on the inside. But Sasuke quickly fell into a pissed of state since he couldn't be involved in it. Kakashi cleared his throat and got everyone's attention.
"It's tomorrow so I advise you get as much rest as you can before 9 am."
"You'd better be awake Kakashi-sensei." Naruto conducted.
"Actually, you can go by yourselves and register. It's being held at the arena."
The team sighed knowing that Kakashi would be late anyway. Kakashi disappeared and they all went their separate ways. Sakura off to find Ino. Sasuke back to his house and Naruto off to find Iruka for lunch.
I don't know what the pairings should be...so I'm letting guys pick.
