Serena woke up to the sound of a song being played but this wasn't just any song this was her song.
It's late in the evening,
She's wondering what clothes to wear,
She puts on her make up,
And brushes her long blonde hair
Serena followed the sound of the music to the room next door and what she saw brought tears to her eyes. There stood her husband Darien with their baby girl dancing, his shirt was off and the pink haired babes head was resting on his chest. He looked up at his wife who was standing in the doorway smiling he beckoned her to him.
And then she asks me
Do I look alright And I say yes,
you look wonderful tonight
She smiled and walked over looking at the small infant that was fast asleep in her father's arms. Darien wasted no time readjusting the babe into one arm while the other found it's way around Serena's waist.
We go a party And everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady
That's walking around with me
And then she asks me Do you feel alright
And I say yes, I feel wonderful tonight
The couple started to slow dance with the small baby placed in between them. Serena sighed her happiness as she laid her head on her husbands shoulder.

It was then at the end of the song that Darien lowered his head to his wife and gently kissed her. She kissed him back with everything she had. The music had finally stopped playing and Darien had place the small child back in it crib. Afterwards Darien slowly shut the door to the nursery and walked down the hall where his wife was waiting for him. As he crawled into bed beside her he whispered. " My darling, you look wonderful tonight."
I love this song and these characters so fit the bill. Specially sailor moon with her long blond hair. I love this song and this fic. I got this idea hanging out with my family at the lake when my dad got a little tipsy and started slow dancing with my mom on the pontune, to this song. I just wasn't sure what characters to put it with until know. Eric Clapton rocks!!!!
