This story is about Ginny, she is in her 5th year at Hogwarts, this won't follow the book story line. Possibly Ginny / Draco haven't decided yet, what do you think?

Ginny was relaxing on her bed in the burrow relishing her last week of summer break before going back to Hogwarts. She was talking to Hermione about the start of term. Eventually her mom called for supper and the two girls made they're way down the stairs towards the delicious smell of food wafting up from the kitchen. She sat down next to Bill who was visiting form Egypt and started a conversation about Quidditch. She loved when he was home. Growing up out of everyone he had always been the one always there for her no matter what.
After a delicious three course Weasley meal she and Hermione said goodnight and went upstairs. Ginny lay down contentedly on her bed. She looked up to see Hermione examining her body in the mirror, pinching her arms and stomach, sighing.
" Ginny" She asked, " Do you think I'm fat?" The brunette asked looking toward her younger friend.
Ginny looked up shocked, " Hermione, you're kidding right you are like the skinniest person I know!" Ginny couldn't believe what she was hearing. Hermione fat?
" Yeah, I guess your right, its just that my jeans were getting a bit snug but they are pretty old I guess…" She sighed and laid down. "Goodnight Ginny"
"Goodnight Hermione." Hermione rolled over and fell asleep instantly. Ginny however couldn't help but think that if Hermione thought she was fat, what must Ginny look like to her? Maybe she could do to lose a couple pounds, just cut back her sweet intake. It couldn't be that hard anyway could it? As she lay there she firmed her resolve to lose some unneeded weight. Maybe it would finally get him to notice her. Yes she said, this would be the year.
Just a small first chapter to see if i should continue. What do you think? Please review!
