I watched Swan Song and then I cried and then I needed to write. And then I wrote. Here's the result :p

Their first disaster hunt which ended in hospital for all of them
Dad and him fighting over stupid things
Him leaving for Stanford
Meeting Jessica
The first date with Jessica
Their favorite restaurant
Buying a ring
Dean coming back
The dying Jessica above his bed
Him and Dean again hunting
Wendigo
Bloody Mary
Skin walker
Watching the stars with Dean sitting for hours in silence
Finding Dad
The Car accident
Dean dying
Dad dying
Deans Deal
The demon blood

The apocalypse
Lucifer
And they keep coming, on and on and on and on.
They don't stop nor end.
Memories from a lost childhood. Memories of a protective and loving father. Memories of his awesome brother. Memories of the old black car. Memories of road trips across the country. Pool playing. Beers. Laughs. Demons and ghosts.

They say when you die your whole life passes through your eyes. It's just Sam is not really dying.
He's going to hell.
Sam looks at Dean.
Dean. Big brother.
There's a lot of things he wants to say. He wants to explain.

I'm really sorry Dean

Don't be too sad
Sam looks at Dean for a last time. Dean looks back and they share a final moment.
I love you Dean, and I'm Sorry
The words are never said but that doesn't mean they are not told.
Sam closes his eyes. He's not ready to jump, in fact he will never be but he does it anyway. Because he has to save the world but most of all save his brother, cause his brother has saved him too many times. It's time to turn back the favor. Even though Dean was the one who was told to watch after his baby brother, Sam saw it as his task too.
Watch out for Dean, Sam.
And therefrom everything is slow motion. Of course. And there is more memories. Michael is trying to pull him away. Sam just takes Michael with him.
Together they fall.

And they leave one behind
Dean
Sam hopes Dean will understand some day
