From what I can tell this is a list of things that would have happened if Naruto had been killed after the sealing.
Ino and Sakura would never have been friends. Ino only went to Sakura after Naruto told her not to stand back the next time when kids were picking on her.
Sakura would never have been a ninja. If Sakura never met Ino she never would of become rivals with her over Sasuke and join the academy.
Itachi would have killed his brother Sasuke. Itachi actually only let him live because he sensed ANBU coming toward the Uchiha district to get help rounding up villagers that were trying to kill Naruto.
A lot of villagers who were punished for Naruto would not have died.
Suna and Sound would have destroyed the leaf village.
Mizuki would have stolen the scroll himself.
Tazuna would have died.
Anko would have been killed because the third would not have been there to help protect her after she returned.
Jiraiya would forever abandon the leaf. Only reason he even visited was to watch over Naruto because he knew who he really was.
Tsunade would never come back because no village to come back for.
The third would have retired from being Hokage.
Danzo would have been his replacement.
Hiashi would have killed off most of the Hyuga. Why you ask? Simple, Danzo being the idiot he is would have been Hokage at that point and would have said "Its Hinata's fault for being caught in the first place."
Hiashi's brother would have killed Danzo.
Kakashi would have retired and his eye would have been removed.
There would have been no organization for Itachi to join.
Kyuubi would have been back in 20 years and destroyed the world because the seal would not have molded his and Naruto's souls together enough to kill him.
