Naruto sat on his couch fidgeting and twirling his fingers. Today was Sasuke's birthday and he hadn't gotten anything for him. What kind of boyfriend was he that he couldn't remeber something that simple?
-Ummm...Sasuke?
The Uchiha looked over at him.
-What is it?
The blonde looked down. He really didn't want to tell Sasuke he forgot about him, but what would he say when the topic came up?
-Uh...I - I'm going out for a second. I'll be back, okay?
With that he was out of the door. The taller boy just shrugged, thinking he was being his usual, idiotic self.

Naruto walked the streets of Konoha thinking of what to get his beloved Sasuke. He looked in every store and talked to every merchant, but couldn't find anything. He sighed and began slowly walking home. Suddenly he got an idea. The blonde turned around and ran back into a party store he saw a little while back. After purchasing what he wanted he headed towards home.
As quietly as he could, Naruto ran into the bedroom to get everything ready for Sasuke's surprise. Ten minutes later Naruto called down for him to come upstairs.
-Oi, Sasuke, can you come here?
The onyx-eyed boy irritably got up from his comfortable spot on the couch and walked slowly upstairs. Naruto walked infront of the door and waited for his other to come in.
-What do you want dobe? I wa-
He stopped in mid-sentence and stared at Naruto. The blonde was completely nude and covered with just enough ruby red ribbon to censor his man hood and come up to tie itself in a bow around his neck. He resembled a real giftbox. A blush came over both their faces.
-Happy Birthday, Sasuke.
The older boy stuttered.
-Wha -what are you d - doing?
-Well, I forgot it was your birthday today and I couldn't find anything in town. So I just thought-
He looked down at his feet.
-I'm sorry.
Sasuke walked up to Naruto and put his arms around his waist. He whispered in his ear.
-Don't be. This is better than anything you could've bought at the store.
He lifted the blondes face and kissed him softly on the nose.
-Thank you.
Naruto nodded.
-Good.
Sauke smirked and pushed Naruto back on the bed.
-You wouldn't mind if I unwrapped my present would you?

I really just wanted to write a story about what would happen on Sasuke's birthday. And for all of you that didn't know, July 23, or today is Uchiha Sasuke's birthday.
