Challenge: People on Bebo and LiveJournal are giving me prompts for Sirius/Remus fics, and I'll write one (or just biff the lot and write whatever I want) per day, posting them there, and here. This'll go on for the whole of May, so feel free to pop over to my LJ (link in my profile) and drop me a prompt!

Prompt: "Snape walks into Sirius & Remus doing their dirty deed/hooking up/whatever." From Matthew. YOU ASKED FOR IT!

Closet

"S...Sirius." Remus gasped into his lover's mouth, as they both reached their climaxes, a second before Sirius pressed hot, loving lips to his own. They clung together, lightly coated in sweat for a moment, before beginning to pull apart.

"You were right, Siri. That was awesome." Remus smiled, reaching for his wand to clean them up. It had been Sirius' idea to get busy in a broom closet, saying that the risk would be a turn-on. Remus had been reluctant at first, but had of course caved to the idea eventually.

"Of course I was." Sirius smirked as the two of them dressed quickly, exiting the closet with a spring in their steps, hand in hand. The post-coital grins died on their faces however, when they opened the door, and came face to face...

... with one Severus Snape.

"Shit." Sirius whispered, hurriedly dropping his lover's hand. "How long have you been there, Snivellus?" He asked, normally confident voice trembling slightly.

"Long enough." Severus drawled, but he was clearly just as shaken as the couple were. "You and he..."

"Shit, Snape. We can explain." Sirius pleaded.

"No you can't." Snape said, apparently not altogether collected.

"No, I can't." Sirius agreed, clearly slightly out of it himself, otherwise he wouldn't be caught dead agreeing with Snape.

"Listen, Severus, the only real explanation is that Sirius and I love each other. I know it's hard to understand, and not exactly the social norm, but I'm begging you to just let us be, and not tell the whole school. We'll tell people when we're good and ready, and I hope you can respect that."

There was a still moment following Remus' brief speech, in which everyone considered what he had just said. Eventually, Snape nodded.

Remus grinned. "Thank you so much."

Snape smiled back, albeit tentatively.
