Yuichiro couldn't believe what was happening. His best friend, his love was standing living and breathing right in front of him. His friends yelling at him in the background but he couldn't hear them, his only concern was Mikaela.

"M-mika is it really you?!" "I-I'm sorry for leaving you behind, I'm so sorry!" Screamed yuu, tears falling from his face.

"Yuu-chan..." whispered mika sadly

"Hey idiot, what are you doing?! Kill him!" Guren yelled at Yuichiro

"Yea stupid what's the big deal?!" Followed Mitsuba

"Yu-" Shinoa was cut off with a clear yell

"SHUT UP!" Angrily shrieked Yuu

Everyone stopped shocked and looked at Yuu in shock as he was slowly walking to Mika.

The vampires were even silent as they watched the scene amusingly.

His friends yelling frantically for him to return back to their side but Yuu wasn't going to stop, he didn't want to anymore.

Yuu stopped once he was in front of Mika and looked up at him, his mouth agape. Mika was blushing staring back down at Yuu, at a loss for words seeing the one he loved once more.

"We were never suppose to meet again." thought Yuu aloud, now taking his hands and putting it on either side of Mikas shoulders.

Mikas heart was beating roughly against his chest as Yuu leaned up slowly, eyes closed, and softly kissed him. A ghostly kiss Mikaela thought. Once again everyone was frozen. The human side horrified while the vampire side was giving a round of applause.

Yuu let go of him and hugged him tightly asking Mika to hold him to which Mika would never refuse.

"So Mika what will you do now?" Asked Ferid

Mika said nothing but instead whispered something to Yuu.

"Will you run away with me Yuu-chan?"

"Yes I will."

"Yuu are you serious right now?!" Shouted Guren

Yuichiro turned around to stare at his now once friends and smiled.

"Yes I have no desire to stay here with you all any longer."

"B-But what about us?! We're your friends!" Sadly called out Yoichi

"So your just going to throw everything away, just like that?!" Questioned Kimizuki

"Mika is all I need to survive, he was the very thing keeping me going."

Yuu looked back at Mika with loving welcoming eyes and edged himself back into his arms as they began to float in midair.

"Now that I have him back, nothing matters anymore."

Mika kissed yuu and a orb of white light engulfed them, and the tiny sparkles flew to where the wind blew.

A beautiful sad sight to see.

~8 years later~

"Yuu-chan what made you run away with me all those years ago?"

"Because Mika-chan you gave up everything up for me so I gave up everything for you. I love you so much!"

"I love you too Yuu-chan."

Yuu turned around and looked at Mika with his now large red eyes and held him.

"Now we can live for an eternity together."

"Yes anything for you, my dear."
