I had been kicked out of school again, Mom was going nuts. Saying that I was driving her crazy. I had figured out that my dad actually committed suicide, that he didn't die in a car crash. I was depressed that she lied to me, lead me to believe that he died that way. I started cutting myself, to relieve the pressure of the stress I was under.

Mom decided it was best that I be sent to my Aunt's, saying she couldn't handle me anymore. I hadn't seen my Aunt in two years, I barely remember her. Whether she was nice or not, but I didn't care she lived in San Francisco, I loved the cable cars. It felt like flying, it would pick my favorite scarf up like in the pictures of Charles Lindbergh.

When I got to my Aunt's house she seemed like she didn't know what to do. I didn't really pay any attention to her, at first. She acted like she didn't want me there in the first place. So we kept our distance from each other, she didn't seem to mind it, though. Eventually we started talking, we went to a baseball game, but I didn't understand it.

After the game we went to a small cafe to eat lunch, that's were we met Eddie, Eddie Marks. I didn't show any interest in him. My aunt liked him, she thought that if I had a friend I would be more comfortable living here in San Francisco. He's around my age, blonde, blue eyed, with a nice tan.

She invited him over some day for lunch, she told me to talk to him. "I think he's nice, you could use a friend here in San Francisco." she said. "I don't want a friend here, I had friends back home" I exclaimed. "Well, still you can at least be nice to him." she replied.

I agreed to be nice, and to try and have fun time. We went to a beautiful park, we didn't really talk at first, but after a while we got along perfectly. He liked some of the same stuff, same movies, and same things to do in our free time. Caryn was happy that we hit off so well, she said he could come over whenever he wanted.

After a while we started hanging out almost every day, eventually I was comfortable enough that I met his uncle. He lived with his uncle since he was six, his parents were killed in a car accident. After a while I noticed that as I was getting happier with Eddie that Caryn was more secluded. She said that Luke had decided to break up with her, that he had found someone in New York.

So, Eddie and I decided to hook her up with his uncle, who was lonely too. "Ok, so we set up a date for them, get them ready, take them to the diner, introduce them, and then leave the rest to them, right" I said. "Pretty much, we got this set" Eddie replied. "This is awesome Eddie, thanks for doing this for my aunt." I said. "Well, I thank you, for doing this for my uncle, as well." He replied.

So, on a Saturday, we got them all guised up, took them down to the diner, and introduced them. "Aunt Caryn, this is Eddies Uncle, Mort" I said. "Hello Caryn" Mort replied. "Hello, Mort" Caryn replied.

"So we got a spot reserved for you guys, so have fun." we both said in unison. So we went back to my aunt's apartment to watch some movies. "What do you want to watch Jenny?" Eddie asked. "I don't know, we have a few new movies, how about we watch one of them." I replied. "Ok, let's put one in "He replied.
