Just a short, very short story I decided to make. It goes along with the storyline of 'Walk With Me'. I even made it for Valentine's Day! Anyway, no Japanese in this story, just English!
Ah, Valentine's Day, I thought, looking at my calander. I hopped out of bed and stretched my arms in front of me. Unlike every other morning, I was up before everyone else. Then an idea popped into my head. Mmm, heart shaped pancakes, my mind called out, making my smile. I ran into the kitchen and mixed up the ingredients for pancakes. Then I poured the sticky mixture into a hot pan and let it sit. Ah, I thought when it was done, perfection! Within ten minutes, all of my heart shaped pancakes were done and steaming on a plate. Just then, everyone else walked into the kitchen, moving only to the scent of food. I laughed at the sight of Leo, Donny, Raph, and Mikey practically hovering into the room.
"Foooooooood...." I heard from one of them, making me laugh even harder.
"Sarah, it was very kind of you to make breakfast." Master Splinter said, the only other one that WASN'T a food zombie. Then we all sat down to eat.
"Mmm, creativity tastes delicious!" Mikey exclaimed from the other side of the table. I agreed, my creations WERE tasty! After breakfast was over and everything was cleaned up, we were permitted to do what we wished for a while. I started to go into the living room, but Mikey pulled me aside and lead me to his room.
"What's wrong Mikey?" I asked him, but he wasn't next to me anymore. He was digging around in a small drawer on a table by his bed. He pulled something out and walked back over to me.
"What is it Mikey?" I said again, and he blushed.
"Here." he said, handing me what he was holding. It was a small box. Curious, I opened it up and gasped. It was a necklace with two beautifully crafted aquamarine hearts attached. I couldn't think of what to say.
"Mikey, how did you get this?" I finally stammered.
"Actually, I made it." he said, relieved to here the joy in my voice. "And I-" but he stopped.
"What?" I asked, tearing my eyes from the beautiful gems to look up at him.
"I was gonna say something, but I'm afraid you'll think it's too mushy." he said, looking a bit upset.
"Bring on the mush!" I laughed, making him smile again.
"I tried to make it as pretty as you, but I couldn't." he said, blushing furthur under all the green.
"Aw!" I exclaimed, wrapping my arms around him. "Thank you so much, I love it!" Overjoyed, I stood on my toes and kissed his cheek.
"Mikey, Sarah! Time for training!" we heard Leo call from the living room. I frowned, but I turned to go.
"Sarah?" Mikey said behind me, and I turned back to look at him.
"Yes?" I asked, and he smiled.
"Happy Valentine's Day." he said, and I laughed.
"Let's go!" I said, running out the door still laughing.
