Teresa's POV:
Thomas's blood is the cure... I always knew that there was something special about him, but I never really truly placed it. Now it seems that I have. I just never really had the evidence until now. I mix his blood with the serum and I look through the surveillance footage, that I just hacked into, and I find Thomas and Newt. They're fighting. Shit. I quickly put the vial of the cure into a needle. I hold the needle with the cure in it in my left hand and I create a portal. I hold it open and shout,"Thomas! Catch!" He looks at me, while pinning Newt down with one arm, and I throw the needle with the cure at him. He catches it and Newt starts trying to squirm out of his grasp. I close the portal exhausted and I collapse and fall asleep on the floor.
Thomas's POV:
Newt just asked me to kill him, but... I.. I can't. I love him. I pin him to the ground with one arm and all of a sudden I hear a shout. I hear,"Thomas! Catch!" I turn towards... Teresa? I catch whatever she threw at me in my right hand. It's a needle that says on the side,' Inject Newt with this. It's The Cure!' . Newt starts squirming under my grasp and I quickly turn my attention back to him. He says again, "Kill me." I brush a hand through his hair and say with fake resignation,"I love you Newt" and I stab him... with the needle. He gasps for air as his face and body turn back to normal. I takes a few minutes for him to catch his breath and then he pulls my face down to meet his. He asks me,"Did you really mean it, when you said that you loved me?" I smile and say,"Of course I did." He crushes his lips to mine. I kiss him back for a few moments and then I pull back. I say in a flirtatious tone,"We've got to go, but we'll continue this later." Newt smiles and says fiercely, "Well, I bloody love you too!" I stand up and offer him a hand. He takes it and we stand and wait for our friends.
