Turok: Deaths wave
Chapter 1
David Arson couldn't belive that his best freind Brian Fireseed was dying, A few weeks ago Brian had vanished and had
been missing for a couple of weeks then two days ago had just showed up on Davids front step bleeding from multiple wounds
and ranting about some place he kept calling the lost land, David had dismissed it as just dilusions brought on by blood lose and
hade taken Brian to the hospital where the doctors had said that he only had a few more days to live. Now David sat at
Brians bed side and listened to Brian talk about how he had been injured he was the only one there because Brian had no family
his parents had died two years ago and he had never gotten married so he had no kids. David listend as Brian talked of this
place he called the lost land and as he talked of something called dinosoids and how he had inherited powers from his father
and called himself TUROK offcorse David reconized the name he too was saquin and had heard the leginds of the mighty TUROK
and new that Brian was delirious TUROK was only a legend as was his mistical bag called the light burden but did not belive a word
of it until Brian pulled out a small leather bag and pulled out of it a 3 foot bow and a quall of arrows Davids first thought was that
it was all a trick and that if he tride to touch the bow his hand would go through it but when he touched it his hand didnt go through
and he new it was real but that wasnt the biggest suprise to come. That came when his best freind Brian Fireseed asked him to
take on the mantel of TUROK and when David asked why Brian said because there is no one left in the Fireseed family to take it at first
David was hesitent then he finally agreed to take on the mantel. Over the next few weeks Brian trained David to control the light burden
and the folding eye then nine weeks after passing on the mantel of TUROK to his best friend Brian Fireseed finally found peace and as David
attended Brians funeral and as he watched his friends coffin being lowered into the ground he swore that he would find a way to avenge him
and ativated the folding eye and found a portal and headed for the Lost land.
