A/N: Yeah, see this is my first fan-fic, and I'm hoping it'll turn out to be humor, but right now I really don't know. I'll just start it and write!
Disclaimer: Nothing belongs to me… How sad. Oh wait! Emmy and Rana are mine!
"Lil? Come on Lily, come on out and face the wonderful world!"
"It's too early!"
"Just come on, breakfast is almost over!"
"Well I know my way to the kitchens, the house elves are always happy to see me!"
"No, there's… something you need to see at breakfast!"
"Whoop-di-doo Emmy, leave me alone! You know I'm not a morning person!"
"You're missing a chance to laugh at Potter!"
"What am I saying? I'm in!"
Two minutes later, Lily Evans stood tall in the doorway to the 6th year's girl's dormitories. Her long red hair was pulled back, revealing her fair face.
"What are we waiting for? Let's get going!"
Lily, Emmy, and Rana were racing down the stairs towards the great hall. "What is it?" Lily was still trying to figure out what her friends were trying to show her.
"You'll see," Rana panted.
Lily was the first into the entrance hall. "The light! It burns!" She half panted as she threw open the door to the great hall. It must be really bright outside, at the moment. Blinking, she jogged over to the Gryffindor table. Potter… Potter… Potter… Where was he? He always sat in the middle.
Emmy and Rana caught up a few moments later, laughing quite loudly, but the few people left in the great hall took little notice.
"Now that you're up…" Emmy started.
"Come on! What's with you guys?" Lily asked sitting down at the table.
"We just knew that'd get you up," Rana said shrugging as she sat down across from Lily.
"And we just wanted to laugh at you!" Emmy said sliding down next to Lily.
"Oh yes, thanks a lot," Lily said sarcastically. "Well… There must be a reason to making me wake up at," she took a quick look at the ceiling. "Ten twentyish. That's too early after a whole summer of waking up at noon!"
"Well, we've had a week back here…" Emmy pointed out
"And what've we done so far?" Lily pondered.
"Well, I've invented three spells. You've-"
"Yes, tyto. I'm sure you could tell us all exactly what we've done in the Marauderettes this term, but I mean… well what have we really done?"
"I could tell you that too," Rana muttered.
"Come on, I feel like go nagging Potter."
Emmy and Rana exchanged a glance. "What's new?"
"Absolutely nothing…" Lily said, grabbing a piece of toast off a floating plate as she left.
"Well, he's either in the common room, outside, or wandering around somewhere in the castle," Rana said yawning.
"Actually knowing Potter, Black, Lupin and Petigrew, they're probably in Hogsmead," Emmy added.
"Why are we even trying to predict where they are?"
"Well I'm going outside," Lily said. She had already been heading that way.
"Formed or not?" Emmy asked.
"Not right now…" Lily muttered. "Soon."
It was just as bright outside as it was in the great hall.
"Great idea Vulpes," Emmy said sarcastically.
"Don't worry… I'll think of something!" Or at least I hope I will, Lily added silently.
A/N: Cliffhanger! Don't we all love them!
