Salem bounded into the kitchen, his tail swishing excitedly, at the stroke of midnight. The scent of ice cream was in the air. He sprang onto the table where Sabrina had just finished making her concoction and still had her back turned to him. His teeth quickly twisted the sprinkle dispenser's dial, then yanked its lid.
Sabrina whirled around when she heard something fall. "SALEM!" she screeched, seeing the blue sprinkles now adorning her ice cream. "YOU'VE RUINED MY ICE CREAM!"
"Fix some more for yourself," Salem advised purringly as he moved in to enjoy his beauty of a dessert.
