Searching for a Soul

What if when God made Castiel he made him with half of a soul. Would this change Castie? How would it change him? And there is also the question of where is the other half of the soul?

Disclaimer: I do not own Supernatural or its characters. If I did season 6 would have ended differently.

Searching for a Soul-Prologue

Eons ago there was a creator who was tired of his children mocking all that he created; and not caring about other beings in the universe. So one day he decided to create a being that could be a warrior but also could have the ability to show empathy to other creatures.

"You will be my favorite. No one could beat you in my eyes. Maybe you could teach your brothers and sisters a thing or two about being civil creatures." He said as he placed the creations grace in his chest.

He then went over to the bright white light that was shaped like a ball that he had Joshua bring in to him.

He then took a hold of his knife and started cutting it in half. When that was complete he called to Joshua and said, "Put the other half of the soul in the safe in the throne room. Make sure no one sees you with it."

"Yes sir." Joshua replied.

He then walked back over to his creation and put the white light in his chest right next to his grace.

When that was done he started to stitch up the creation's chest.

"Someday I will create the prefect mate for you; and when I do she will get the other half of the soul." When he was done stitching him up Joshua came back into the room.

"Have you decided what to call him yet sir?"

"Castiel. His name is Castiel." The creator said.

"Castiel I like it." Joshua said.

As the creator was standing there admiring his creation that had three horse heads and horse legs. He was thinking to himself that this was his bet creation yet and he couldn't wait for the day when he met his mate for the first time. Of course I've got to make her first. He thought to himself.

He reached down and put his fingers to the beings forehead and the creatures bright blue eyes shot open.

"Welcome to existence Castiel my son."

AN- I got this idea after reading a Harry Potter fan fiction. I didn't do any research before starting this story and to my knowledge there is no angel with a soul.
