Foolish Hearts
I corrupt Disney characters, not own them. If I did though.. -cackles-
Her arms around you, her lips on yours... It all seems very wrong, somehow, now, as you drift back to the Dutchman. Next to your heart, with the feeling of it right there, it had seemed so important at the time, that you be with her. You loved her after all. But for some reason, as you near your ship, the feeling of your heart growing fainter, you feel like it shouldn't have happened.
When you board the ship, you just want to go. Turn against the wind and sail as far away from the land as possible, but you can't. He's on board. Sitting like he belongs, chatting with your father. He looks up as you walk closer. "Eh, whelp. 'Ave a good time with dear Lizzie, didja?" You just frown, and your father, able to tell that this was going to be awkward, quickly retreats. Jack stands, taking a long drink from his bottle of rum.
You can still feel your heart, faintly beating, and you know she's still watching, waiting for the Flying Dutchman to pull anchor and sail away. But your heart is screaming at you. And you can't help yourself.
Your mind barely registers the sound of glass breaking as you push the older man against the side of the ship, one hand tangled in his dirty shirt. The crew is watching, but you don't care, you crucsh your lips against his. He's surprised for a moment, but sooon closes his eyes and leans into you. Your eyes slide closed as well, and you press against him. He pulls you closer, arms wrapped around your waist. Your hands are tangled in his hair and his tongue is in your mouth and it just feels right.
The older pirate pulls away for air, and you smile at him, splaying one hand across his chest, but not stepping away. "You know, luv, there's a reason I was willin' to cut out me own heart."
Your smile doesn't dissapear, but you lean foreward. "Sorry, Jack." You whisper in his ear, before giving a hard push, sending him over the edge of the ship and into the water below. Immediately, his own crew on the Pearl toss down ropes to pull him up, but he ignores them. Instead, he's just floating there, staring up at you. You pull your eyes away from him, and bark out orders to get the Dutchman moving.
You want to get away as fast as possible. Away from witty pirates and foolish hearts.
A/N: Le woot for Jack/Will slashiness. Is there even a name for this pairing? Sparrabeth has a name, why not Will and Jack? I propose Willow. Simply because everyone uses 'Sparrow' instead of 'Jack', and there's no catchier name I can think of. /
