I do not own the Biker Mice From Mars. I write for the pure joy of sharing a though, a smile and maybe a memory.
Garnet EyesSoft garnet lights that pierce to the very marrow of my soul, how can I not be hypnotized by your sad desperate longing, warm blushing glow enfolding me until I find it hard to catch my next breath, slipping briefly from behind your dark sanctuary.
Why did you have to pay so a high price to be loved? A price that all but extinguished the small flicker of hope you had left. Now you're hidden behind dark mirrors kept safely lock away so no one can reach you. I want to try, will you let me, or has the pain made you a prisoner forever? Claret jewels crying out for salvation.
I thought my life was full, until I saw that smile, heard that laugh and my name whispered in soft smoky words that rest in my ears, making my heart beat twice its rhythm, satiny sounds of gravel over laid by silk.
Sweet, sad, garnet eyes, am I a fool to think I might have a chance to love you? Will you give me that chance, you are worth the risk, can I convince you I'm worth one too?
"What cha writin' Charley-girl?"
The startled young Earth woman jumped, quickly closing the small white diary, "Umm.. nothing, just jotting down a few thoughts, nothing serious."
"Okay, you still comin' with us to the Tower?" he said running a hand through the golden silky bangs which always seem to fall just over of the brim of the two tone shades coving his eyes.
"Oh, yeah, sure. I'll be down in a sec," she timidly smiled, casing crystal green eyes to the floor, praying that he won't notice her blushing cheeks or at least not ask, why?"
Giving a whimsical smile, Throttle nodded and walked back down to wait with his bros.
"Sweet, sad, garnet eyes, your light will glow again, brighter because of my love," Charley thought as she placed a small kiss on the little white book before putting it back in its secret place.
The end
