This is my first Ben 10 fic ever. Its short and funny yet I dont feel 100% proud with this. But you know those times when Ben gets bored so he annoys people, this is one of those times.
"Are we there yet" asked the very impatient teen.
"No." I replied annoyed. For the past hour of the car trip from Bellwood, Ben had been constantly asking that same question purposely annoying Kevin and I.
Only two minutes of peace lasted until…
"Are we there yet?"
This time Kevin replied "No" he said coldly. I swear if Ben said that again I'm sure Kevin would kill him right here right now. But I'm also sure, Ben couldn't pick it up, he was going to say it again anyways.
"Are we there yet?" Ben said with a hint of tease in his voice. I knew, I just knew it, leave it to Ben to ignore obvious death threats from Kevin.
"Tennyson…" Kevin started voice rising from anger. I was proud that Kevin at least made an attempt to hold back his anger.
"What? I'm just asking a simple question!" Ben exclaimed.
"Yes, but do you have to repeat it over and over again when you know that the answer will not change for a while?" I said cutting Kevin off from whatever he was going to say.
"I am not aware that we are not there yet Gwen, so that is why I am asking." Ben replied teasing. I saw Kevin's grip on the steering wheel tighten. I pinched my temples out of pure frustration.
"Ben, for your safety, find something else to entertain yourself, if you ask it again, you'll end up having to find your own way there." I mumbled. My cousin could be such a pain, his stupid little idea for jokes or teasing were almost as bad as his smoothie addiction.
"Fine" he said sounding a bit disappointed.
Fifteen minutes went by before Ben found a new way to entertain himself, and be annoying at the same time. He started taping on the window next to him. Kevin was instantly annoyed.
"Ben, I'm warning you ahead of time, keep that up and I'll kick you out of the car." Kevin said. Ben immediately stopped. Both Kevin and I sighed in relief, it was finally over!
Or so we thought.
"So Kevin when are you gonna ask Gwen out?"
Hope y'all enjoyed it. I don't really care for reviews too much but maybe some constructive criticism would help, or a good laugh a good laugh for me is good. Partially why I didn't feel too proud of this was because I didn't laugh when I wrote this, oh well.
