Hatred fond, his dream forlorn

A haunting reason got his heart torn

His mother lived and wasn't gone

Between them two closed a bond

Dreamers reap, his heart would leap

Each time he sees her,

Each time he'd weep

Climbers fall, he promised not to bawl

So he stood brave, his soul now raw,

Quietly despondent, he kept his shore,

Away so far, apart so sore

That nothing would be as like before

Aimers dare, he doesn't care

As he thought nothing was fair

A happy, quiet day, he sees rare

Hope, fantasies, would he share?

Flyers land, he silently ran

Away from the enemies' creeping den,

Away from a fact he couldn't stand

To his only true and worthy friends

Thinkers fail, his life on bail,

Truth behold a frightening thrill

His mother's torture he would feel

He once saw light, only this time real

Cold hearts melt, his own fate dealt

In times of death, his throat, like a tightening belt

Said to his mom, "I love you" were only words heartfelt
