Rise from Hate
Summary: Side poem to Crimson and Ebony. Hatred secretly reflects on his past life, wondering if it applies now. Poetry.

Author's Notes: My P.E lesson got cancelled so my class was allowed to do what we wanted. I wrote five poems, all of which will be posted today. This is the second. Rise from Hate

Had he ever truly existed?
Ever been at peace within this world?
Perhaps that's why he lived in the cosmos,
Far away from humanity's grasp.

But Maria had been a human
His only true friend in the whole ARK.
Did that not count for anything now?
Or perhaps only for his past self?

Maybe existence is too complex.
After all, he's just an empty shell.
