"Itachi-nii-san!" shouted a seven year old Uchiha Sasuke .
"yes, Sasuke?" a thirteen year old newly appointed anbu Itachi shouted from the patio. You see today is the first day Itachi has a day off and young Sasuke was over joyed to train with his older brother, much to his brothers dismay.
"Can we train together huh? Can we pleeeaaase!" sasuke exclaimed using his amazingly adorable puppy eyes. And no Uchiha can resist his puppy eyes.
" Sorry Sasuke, maybe later." Itachi sighed disappointing his only brother.
"But...but 'tachi! you.. you promised." Sasuke sobbed. His lower lip trembling, Itachi sighed in annoyance as much as he loved his brother he was tired. With all the missions and clan drama his young body couldn't take another mission, and sasuke doesn't seem to realize it.
"Sasuke.. please maybe lat.." "NO! a promise is a promise and you said "sasuke I promise when I have a day off we'll train" and that's that!" He interrupted now that he stopped crying he was bolder. Itachi stared in shock
"No sasuke not now im tired!"itachi tried to reason with the anger seven year old. sasuke stayed quiet finally he spoke quietly "its okay nii-san, now I know .I guess I'll go ask shisui-san to help me train."
"That's good...wait shisui? isn't he busy?" the weasel asked, sasuke just laughed
" Shisui-san said he's never busy for me!" " Is that so?" muttered the older uchiha. Before he could say a word the duck butt haired boy was off skipping happily to their cousins house.
Itachi blinked in shock , Sasuke just left no bye nii-san, no nothing. the confused brother went inside to see his mother cooking in the kitchen.
" oh itachi dinners almost done 'kay?" the boy just nodded dazed. "dear are you okay?" the worried mother asked already checking his temperature, and pulse. "sasuke went to train with shisui."
"hmm? oh yeah," she said placing her pointer finger on her chin in a thinking pose " he said something about him spending more time with his cousin, they've been getting close almost like brothers." she hinted towards the now jealous brother.
"But i'm sasukes brother." Itachi reminded the grinning mother " NOT shisui" the older uchiha stormed out of the house towards the little brother stealing cousins house.
"56,57,58..uhh..99,100! ready or not Shisui-kun! here I come," A cheerful sasuke exclaimed now searching for the hiding cousin forgetting all about the early problem. You see after coming to his cousins house and bawling out his eyes out about his older brother and not training, and his amazingly smart cousin just grinned and shouted "the only thing to solve this is hide and seek!" and his childish younger cousin agreed with a neck breaking nod. The older uchiha chuckled behind the tree. As young sasuke searched aimlessly until a clothe caught his gaze. "gotcha.. Sh..Itachi?" the younger brother blinked in confusion "what are you doing I thought you were tired?" "yes well..." once again he was interrupted by an Uchiha "Sasuke! you had me worried!" a panicked Shusui. the youngest uchiha nodded while a jealous itachi brewed in silence trying his hardest not to kill the older Uchiha .
"oh 'tachi what are you doing here? thought you were tired?" how on earth would he know , unless sasuke now shares his thoughts with him. And that dear fans is where itachi uchiha snapped grabbing the unsuspected sasuke placed him under his arm and calmly (uchihas never shout) spoke "he's my brother not yours, you have a sister leave my brother alone. mine, mine, mine" and with that the uchihas left leaving a bewildered Shusui behind.
And with that Itachi swore to never allow Shisui to be alone with sasuke or train because sasuke is itachis younger brother not his. And Uchihas never share.
