Death Penalty

Because Kyon always went to home to a father who always beat him of course he would stay at school as long as he could, even if it meant putting up with Haruhi Suzumiya all day long. Kyon would rather put up with Haruhi's 'death penalties' than go home, or play cards with Koizumi. At the end of the day Kyon always tried to find a way to delay himself from going home after the club but if he did that it would make his punishment at home even worse.

"Well since Kyon is late this time, he'll have to suffer the 'death penalty!'" announced Haruhi to her club members. Both Mikuru and Itsuki turned to face Haruhi after her annoincment. Nagato, on the other hand, looked at Haruhi from the corner of her eye and then looked back down at her book she was reading.

"Oh and what could that be Miss Suzumiya?" asked Itsuki in his usually comforting tone of voice.

Haruhi quickly ran towards Itsuki and gave him his 'task' also none as her 'death penalty'. She quickly whispered it in his ear, which made a smile appear on his face even more enthusiastic then usual.

"Alright Miss Suzumiya I understand."

About five minutes after Itsuki's given 'task', Kyon walked into the room panting.

"Sorry I'm late Miss Suzumiya our class was held up an extra fifteen minutes!"

"No excuses!" bellowed Haruhi. "Penalty!"

As the loud Burnett said those words Itsuki suddenly stood up and slowly walked towards Kyon with a somewhat excited expression. Kyon was confused at first but as Itsuki's body pressed against Kyon's, Kyon's face turned bright red. Itsuki then gave him a little peck on the lips that only deepened more as Kyon tried to resist. Haruhi took out her new camera phone and began taking pictures of the two boys together.

"Please forgive me Kyon," said Itsuki as their lips separated. "But when miss Suzumiya isn't happy I can't stand it." He continued. Kyon pushed himself away but his escape from the Esper came to an abrupt halt when Itsuki grabbed Kyon, kissing him once more, this time on his own free will.

Haruhi and Mikuru began to blush as they saw both boys making out right in front of them.

As time went by Haruhi was checking on her website for any requests, Mikuru was serving tea in her adorable maids outfit and Kyon and Itsuki were play Othello. As there was an akward silence in the room, Haruhi broke the silence by yelling, "This is sooo boring! Dismissed!" to the group. Kyon tried rushing out of the room trying to forget what happened but of course he couldn't forget, none of them could. Then again Kyon defiantly didn't want to go home either.

"Ok Group we got some really good pictures today!" yelled Haruhi as she ran out the door grinning at her pictures.

Later that night after Kyon suffered an intense beating from his father, he went to his room to continue reading the book that Nagato had given to him. As he began reading he noticed Koizumi entering his room through a window right next to his bedside.

"K-Koizumi?! What are you doing here?" asked Kyon, astonished.

"I wanted to see you, Kyon." Replied the Esper boy with his common smile.

"Why, It's almost midnight! Why would you come all this way?"

"I came to tell you about what happened earlier today!" Announced Koizumi." To be honest the kiss was all of Miss Suzumiya's responsibility. She wanted that task to be your 'death penalty when you were late and of course you know what would happen if things wouldn't go her way. But I truly do you like you Kyon and I was hoping that we can try the kiss once more." Confessed Itsuki.

Kyon covered his face as he felt it getting red. He was speechless, what would anyone say if they were in that situation? Itsuki slowly moved closer to Kyon as he greeted him with another kiss. Kyon kissed back this time

"So Itsuki," said kyon in a nervous voice.

"Yeah?" Itsuki responded

"Do you want to do it? Asked Kyon.
