One fine, happy day, Selphie was skipping down the road on the continent of Balamb. Everything seemed well, nothing was wrong in her mind. . . except there WAS something wrong! What, you ask?
HER BRAND NEW PINK TENNIS SHOES WITH THE SPECIAL SPARKLY LACES WERE UNTIED!
No! How could this have happened?!
Of course, Ms. Tilmitt was oblivious to the fact, that yes, something bad was about to happen to her.
Tee hee, thought Selphie, what a happy special day!
Then. . . WHAM! Selphie fell flat on her perky face and started tumbling down the hill.
Rolling rolling rolling. . .
Anyway.
So Squall was just walking around.
Why was he walking around?
Because he can.
So, as I was saying, Squall was walking around, because he can.
Yes, thought Squall, I can walk around. . . with mega-super-teenage- angst!!!
And that's what he did.
Until he heard some shrieks and the sound of something. . . yellow. . . tumbling down the hill above were he was walking with mega-super-teenage- angst!!!
What- Squall STARTED to think, but he was cut off because the yellow thing collided with him and they both fell into the river.
What river? You ask.
The river that I just made up.

So Rinoa was just waltzing around with her stupid dog, the only thing that can tolerate her in the word of Final Fantasy 8, actually, in any world.
Why was she walking around with her dog, you ask.
Because, she's too stupid to do anything else.
In fact, we're all pretty damn surprised she can even walk.

Anyway.
Rinoa was just walking. With her dog, Angelo. And she heard a splash.
So she ran to the side of the river and looked downstream.
Sure enough. . . there was Selphie the yellow thing and Squall, and they were all wet.
Why, you ask.
Because, they just fell into a river, fool.

So Rinoa ran over Squall and Selphie, who were rubbing their heads because they hurt from falling.
Selphie looked around.
Why do I feel so moody. . . and. . . all this ANGST! Where did it come from?
Squall looked around.
Why do I feel so happy. . . and . . all this HAPPINESS! Where did it come from?
Rinoa stared at them strangely.
Why are they so weird? She thought.
"Tee hee! I'm like super-duper happy!", Said Squall as he got up and bounced around.
". . . ", Said Selphie as she got up and walked a couple of feet away from the river. . . with mega-super-teenage-angst!!!
