Kevin's POV
Since our parents died, I've become a parent to my brothers, Frankie, Joe, Nick, and my sister, Casey. Now, only Frankie and Casey live at him with Dani and me. If I thought that being the oldest of the five was hard before, I should've thought again.
7 AM- Footsteps are heard racing down the stairs
"OW! Frankie! You pushed me!"
"Did not!"
"Did too"
"Did Not!"
Kevin smiled, knowing they wouldn't stop until he called to them
"Frankie, Casey breakfast!"
Just as he suspected, the arguing stopped and two figures appeared at the doorway. His wife smiled from the table at him and said good morning.
"Morning Dani! Kev, Frankie stole my ipod again"
"Did not! You lost it and won't admit it!"
"GUYS! Sit down, and Cas, did you look on your dresser?"
"Pfft, fat chance! She's never seen her dresser" smirked Frankie
"MY room isn't AS messy as yours!"
"Is not! Is too!"
Kevin sighed and whistled sharply. They stopped arguing and sat at the table. Dani laughed at the siblings. Their dog, Riley, came barking at Casey. Casey laughed and picked up the little, squirming dog and giggled as she licked her face. They soon heard a beep of the bus outside. Kevin shoved bagels in both of their hands.
"Does either of you guys need lunch money?"
"Nah! I got 20 from you last week"
"Yeah, me too"
"Ok, have a good day guys!"
"Thanks Dani. Bye, Guys!"
Kevin sighed and sat next down next to his wife and smiled. It was hectic, but he was never happier.
