Here's a real fast one-shot that's been circulating in my mind. I've got the majority of LHFM's update done, but I wanted to post this first.

This is pre- Twilight Princess (Please don't kill me if this is inaccurate or something, I haven't played the game in years.

Also, for the record, I really really LOVE Zelda, but for some reason, I enjoy writing her in a different light.

Zelda held her head high, looking down at Ganondorf's defeated form with absolute hatred burning behind her brown eyes.

"You really are something, thinking you're so powerful." She snarled. "A lone, weak Gerudo, coming to practically beg for a position in the castle."

Ganondorf bowed his head low. "My Princess, you do not understand." He said, his eyes not meeting hers, but sensing her glowering stare. "The Gerudo people are in a horrible position. Bandits run wild in the streets; people are dying. Surely there's something that could be done-"

"Silence!" The Hylian commanded. "I care not for a sob story about an insignificant tribe. I have greater matters to deal with! The Zoran Domain drying up, I have a treaty to sign with the Goron people, there is much to be done!"

Ganon raised his head. "Princess, the Gerudo Village is-"

"If you feel that action is absolutely necessary, Lord Ganondorf, then you are free to take matters into your own hands. Now, leave me."

Ganondorf bowed his head as a smirk etched its way across his face. "So, I am allowed to do what I think is right, My Princess?"

Zelda nodded, rubbing her temple as she rolled her eyes. "Yes. Now please, go."

Ganondorf bowed and bid the princess farewell, and rode away from the kingdom. If he was allowed to do as he sees fit, well, he would have a few alterations to the country of Hyrule. After all, who's to say being king is not the best way to help the Gerudos, or himself, for that matter?

Whoop. Done. One-shot's over. If you guys liked it, I may do a second part or something. That's for reading!
