For Me
Megumi sat on the plush seat next to the glass table in the S.A greenhouse. Ryuu was busy feeding his new squirrel friends, and Jun was on his phone talking to Sakura. On the other side of the table, Kei and Hikari were fighting as usual. Well, when I say fighting, I mean Kei sitting and reading while Hikari yelled at him. Akira was in her little kitchen putting the finishing on their food for tea. The sounds of thumping came from the little room, and a voice was yelling.
"KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY COOKIES!" Tadashi was sent flying into a tree next to Megumi. He sat up rubbing his head.
"Geez…you touch one cookie and you get kicked out of the kitchen. Harsh."
Megumi gave a weak smile. 'Are you alright Tadashi-kun?"
"Yeah I'm fine." The spiky brunette replied. He then wandered off to talk to Jun while they waited for tea.
Megumi traced faint patterns on the glossy surface in front of her. Should she tell them? She knew that they would all be happy for her. But she didn't want to disappoint them if anything went wrong.
Megumi had been approached by a man who had stayed after her mother's concert. He'd handed her a card saying "You know where to reach me if you want to come." Megumi pulled the card out of her pocket again and tried to fight the doubt overwhelming her. The intricate gold lettering spelled out the name:
Shun musical company.
Auditions welcome, for more information call Shun Yanao

Megumi had called the company and set up an appointment for an audition. Now, she just had to hang onto the courage to keep the ball rolling. Megumi scrolled through her phone, debating on whether or not she should ask someone to go with her to the audition. She was scared to alone, but she knew it was something she had to do. Walking up to Ryuu and pulling on his sleeve slightly, she held up her board.
'I'm leaving early. I'll see you and Jun at home.'
"Are you alright?"
Megumi nodded her brown shoulder-length hair bobbing. Eyeing her skeptically, Ryuu watched her leavethe S.A greenhouse.
'There's something she's not telling us.'
