Green
Author's note: It's a really boring and fluffy story about the color green. I dedicate this to my cousin.

Syaoran liked the color green.
He often wore that color. He never really noticed it until Daidouji-san had handed him his final battle costume that matched Sakura-chan's. Then he realized that everything he wore tended to be green except for a few items.
His ceremonial robes he wore most of the time when facing Clow Cards or helping Sakura were green.
When he saw that play with Sakura and Diadouji-san and Yuikito-san as a can of mackerel and Touya as Cinderella in it, he wore a green button up shirt and a yellow tie.
During that school trip to the beach, he wore green shorts when he left his cabin and saw Sakura.
And let's not forget those green pants that he wore when he went to the library to read that book about the piglets.
His favorite sweater was the one he wore when he first called Sakura "Sakura." Guess what color that was.
Those swimming trunks he wore to the indoor pool when he and Eriol swam against each other were green.
And his coat during the winter field trip to the mountains was green too.
Remember that scarf that Sakura had kindly knitted for him? Green.
Oh, and that awesome balloon crown thing was green too!
Even his bedspread was green.
And he thought that the school uniform should be changed to include the color green. So what? He liked the color; that much is obvious.
Perhaps his weird love for green was the reason why Meling liked to wear green ribbons in her hair. Too bad that those ribbons weren't enough to keep his heart with her.
But then…what was it about the color green that he liked so much?
…green…
…is the color of her eyes.
Eyes that shine so brightly whenever his cherry blossom whispers to him,
"I love you."
Yeah...that was really weak...I plan to have another one shot with this pairing...eventually. After I return to my Naruto story. Review please!
