Sweet dreams

Disclaimer: I don't know who LOTR belongs to, but it isn't me because for one thing, if I was the one who wrote the books, they will never be completed and even if they did, thay'll be so boring no one will bother to read it, never mind make it into a movie.

Frodo glared at the round shape which was Sauron, feeling the little strength he still had ebbing away, desperately trying to keep himself consious while feeling himself being absorbed into the black and empty void which was Sauron's iris when he suddenly became aware of the glass phial which Galadriel had given him in Lothloriel and time seemed to slow to a stop as he gathered all the little stregth he had left and shouted the words which would make it give off the clear, white light which seemed to banish evil itself with just its brilliance.

Nothing seemed to happen at first, then, the familiar light started emanating its familiar light and gradually reached a brightness which blinded even Frodo himself.

Sauron, now blinded and rendered helpless, started rocking in his specially constructed struture uncontrollably in pain, until a particularly strong jerk tipped him off balance and he rolled off the structure helplessly and rolled off the roof of the building he and Frodo were on while everyone watched in shock.

There was a sickening crash as Sauron landed among the orcs and as if from some signal, the orcs suddenly leapt on Sauron and started kicking him a round in a game which will later be known as soocer.

Frodo got up in a daze and as if in a dream, he walked over to the edge and stared down. Then, he suddenly lost his balance and fell off.

He flailed his arms and legs frantically, trying desperately to hold on to something to slow down his fall so that he, Frodo could return to the happy lives he and the others led in the Shire. He managed to hold on to something, but just as quickly, it was wrenched from his grasp. Then, he managed to catch hold of what looked like a pole sticking out of the walls of the building only to watch, horrified as it slowly took on Sam's shape and found that he was holding on to the throat. 'Sam' reached out his hand to loosen Frodo's grasp around his neck but Frodo tightened his hold. Suddenly, the figure suceeded in freeing itself from Frodo's grasp and Frodo fell, still unable to do anything.

The ground sped to him with a dizzying speed and Frodo screwed is eyes shut, waiting for the inevitable thud of his body against the ground. There was a sharp pain in his butt and when the dizzying feeling of falling through spce had stopped, he opened his eyes blearily to find Sam standing over him with a pissed look on his face. The building, all the orcs and Sauron were gone.

''W-what happened?'' He asked.

''I should be asking you that, Mr Frodo.''

''What do you mean?''

''Well, you suddenly started thrashing about and then you suddenly tried to strangle me.''

Frodo suddenly remembered the way he had flailed his arms and legs around during that fall and the way he kept trying to hold on to the 'pole', which he suddenly realised was Sam's neck. He groaned.

Notes: This is probably the first time I used such elaborate language and I hope readers like it. I was going to write 10 ways to beat Sauron but when I found out lists were not allowed, I decided not to. I hope at least someone finds it funny, since I'm not particularly good at writing humour. Reviews will be much appreciated as it helps me to write better when I know what people like or dislike about my fics.
