When Tweek wasn't at the bus stop I started to get worried. Most people think he's the paranoid one but when I start to worry about him, the worst things come to mind. Like if he's hurt or if he needs me. I pull at my cell phone and text him. I wait a few minutes before I take off. I wasn't worried about missing the bus. I wasn't worried about school. The only thing I cared about was Tweek.

I make the short walk over to his house, well it's a short walk but it's a shorter run. Which is how I made it there in record time. Both his parents' cars are gone. I knock on the door a few times but when nobody answers I walk into the familiar living room. I don't smell coffee brewing, and this is something out of the ordinary.

I quickly run up the stairs and meet Tweek's door. I take a deep breath preparing for the worst. I shut my eyes and open the door. I find Tweek in his room, in his bed, sleeping.

"Just what the hell do you think your doing?" I say, a bit too loudly. The blond jumps about three feet in the air grabbing his blanket and pulling it up to his chin.

"Jesus Craig, you scared me!" I march over to the bed to get a better look at him.

"You scared me! Why are you still in bed, its Tuesday." He nods and I notice that he's paler than he his most days. His eyes have dark circles under them. He just looked sick.

"Are you feeling well?" I ask while I place a hand on his forehead. He's burning up.

"No, not really. I don't feel so hot." I brush a few stands of his golden hair out his eyes.

"Well, trust me your on fire." I mumble and take a seat next to him on the bed. He coughs and sneezes for a second, a cough between a sneeze. I instantly feel bed for yelling at him.

"Craig, I don't feel so good" I nod, I note that he's not stuttering or twitching. This must be worse than I thought.

"You want some coffee? I can make you some." I say in a gently voice, a side of me that most don't see. He shakes his head and lays back down on the pillow.

I get up and head into his bathroom. I open up the medicine cabinet. I rummage threw odds and ends looking for something that will bring his fever down. I find some Tylenol and settle for that. I go down stairs and pore him some orange juice to take it with. I go back upstairs with the medicine and juice.

"I brought you something." I tell him while I sit back down next to him. He opens his eyes but doesn't respond.

"Come on, it'll help. I promise." He sits up and reaches out for he Tylenol. He places them in the very back of his throat and quickly takes the orange juice to wash it down.

He groans and lays his head back down.

"You shouldn't be here, your missing school Craig."

"So, you sick and you need somebody to look after you." Yeah, I blush when I toss those words from my mouth but it's true

"What if you get sick?" His voice strains, I can tell his throat must hurt.

"Don't worry about that." I hope in bed next to him, I crawl over him and onto the other side.

He turns to me and gives me half a smile.

"Thanks Craig, it means a lot me." He closes his eyes and starts to drift back asleep.

"Any time Tweek, any time."
