The Darkness

Arora was just 13. She had no family, no food, no home nothing. She was forced to steal to survive. Every now and then, she would get caught stealing. She would always somehow manage to get the Guard to let her keep what she toke.

Arora sneeked into a house that was unlike the others. You could look at it and tell the people who lived there were wealthy. When Arora got inside the house, she saw a table that looked like it was ready to feed 10 families.

'That alot of food.' Arora thought to herself. She heard a door opend and she hid behind a huge plant. "I know your there." A male voice spoke. It was so sudden she nearly fell over. "Come out little girl." The male then turned to face her hiding spot.

"I dont want to hurt you." Arora then crept out of her spot. "Now would you like to eat. There is plenty of food." Arora nodded her head and sat at the table. The male sat across from her. "Whats your name?" The male said. His hair was a dark brown, his eyes a icy blue, he wore red wizard robes and a silver and red amulet.

"M-my name is Arora." Arora said a little nervous. "There is no need to be nervous, now go ahead and eat." Arora grabbed half of a rib, mash potatos, bread and strawberrys. "What is your name and how did you know I was there?" Arora asked the male who looked at her. "How rude of me. My name is Armen." He started. "And I knew you where there because I can see everything that happens in my house." Armen finished taking a sip from his cup.

"How?" Arora asked. "Its complecated. Lets just say wizards can do almost anything." Arora's eyes widen. "Your a wizard!" Armen looked at her surprised. "Why is something the matter?" Arora didnt have a good past with wizards or mages. They were the cause of her parent's death. "I have to go!" Arora then ran straight out of the house.

TIME SKIP

Arora was at her favourite tree in the middle of a forest. She was crying silently into her legs. "Why did he have to be a wizard?" She asked no-one. "Because its who I am." The familier voice said from beside her. "Why are you here?!" She was looking straight at him still crying.
