Welcome to the story dearies. *cackling deviously*
I will be accepting suggestions for characters to have nightmares, and general ideas for them. I will be putting my own spin on each idea, as this is my writing after all.
As it is, each chapter will have some potentially triggering things in it, mostly body horror (not hugely graphic, but still there), and i will be tagging each chapter with Trigger warnings, as I really dont want to cause anyone a panic attack.
TW#minor body horror
Also, I dont and never will own Homestuck.
Wind. He felt it, all over his skin, ruffling his hair. Filling his very soul with power. He could feel himself smiling, laughing. He hadn't felt this good in such a long, long time. Having to use his power, his self to further them in that damned game tended to put a damper on the true happiness he felt when using his aspect. But then, a smell. His eyes snapped open, moving in on the scent, trying to figure out just what it could be. It struck him.
Blood. He flew faster and faster, flowing in and out of his aspect as he sped toward the source. Where was it coming from! He topped a hill and saw it. His heart fell faster than he did as he lowered himself to the ground. He fell to his knees and sobbed. He couldn't bring himself to close his eyes, no matter how much he wanted to make himself believe it wasnt real. The first body he saw was of his Dad. As his eyes scanned the scene, they caught on an arm layed out behind an overturned table. He forced himself to his feet, shuffling over. It had to be Rose's Mom. His heart clenched for her, and he let out a fresh sob. His eyes, his damned eyes he couldn't stop moving kept looking though. He saw a red clothed leg, and his heart jumped. He ran over to this limp form, only to see it really was him. Dave was dead. He turned his head, finally unable to look, but he caught sight of another form, this time clad in orange and yellow. Rose. Letting out an even louder sob, he felt his heart tear to shreds as he turned to see Jade on the ground as well. He crumpled to the ground, unable to bear this reality. His hands covered his eyes as he sobbed loudly. After a few moments, he felt ice cold hands on him, grasping him firmly. Slowly lowering his hands from his eyes, he saw it was his friends but… Their eyes were hollow. Black, empty holes, glaring through him. His mouth opened in horror, and they spoke in unison.
"John, why didn't you save us. You're the leader. Why did you fail us. Why did you let us die. Why did you kill us."
"N-no! I didnt kill you! You died in the game! I tried! Please you have to believe me!"
"A game that you made us play. You are a horrible leader. How could you betray us John." The hollow forms of his friends glared down at him, slowly turning gray, turning to ash. The wind he loved so much started to blow them away.
"NO! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME! I NEED YOU!"
"You have killed us John. As your punishment, you are to live in eternity alone." With that last word, the last of their forms blew away, and the world around him crumbled, leaving only darkness. He screamed, but no sound was heard.
"John! John wake up! Seriously mister!"
He mumbled, groaning at being shaken awake. He opened his eyes slowly, peeling back his eyelids to reveal Jade. "What do you waaaant." He whined at her indignantly.
"You've been asleep for like, thirteen hours! Its not healthy." She stared at him with a serious look on her face, her hands on her hips.
"We're stuck on this ship for three years Jade. Three. Years. Lemme sleep innnn."
"Not today John! You promised to help me clean up today!"
"Fiiiinnnneee." Groaning, he got up.
