Dean grabbed his jacket and keys and turned toward Sam who was on the laptop searching for another gig for them to do. "I'm going to the Pub down the road, you coming?"
Sam looked up from the Laptop screen and covered hi mouth and yawned, "Nah, I think I'll just finish looking up any news reports that have a job for us and go to bed. I guess I'll see you in the morning."
Dean nodded "call me when you find anything, oh, wait scratch that, tell me in the morning… I'll be busy tonight. Bye Sammy." With that he threw Sam a grin and walked out.
Sam sighed and leaned back in his chair… he didn't see any point on continuing to search for any more reports that had the slightest abnormal sound to it. He had already been looking for two whole hours now, and nothing had come up. He yawned widely and decided to just go to bed; he closed the laptop and put it on charger. He went to have a shower and went to bed; he fell asleep before his head had even hit the pillow.
Sam woke up with a jolt, he didn't know what had woken him up because he certainly didn't have a nightmare or anything like that; he turned and looked at the time, it showed it was two in the morning and Dean was still not back yet. As he sat up in bed trying to think of what had woken him, he felt a shiver run down his spine as he suddenly felt like he was being watch, so he switched the lamp on beside him and carefully looked around the room, nothing seemed out of place. Sam sighed and laid back down, Dean should be back in a few hours, just at the peak of dawn as usual. Sam jumped slightly when he heard his laptop beep, meaning he just got an email. He frowned as he got up and opened his laptop, he clicked on the new mail and his frown deepened. The mail said: 'I see you Sammy!'
Sam looked at the sender and noticed it was unknown. He looked around the room once again and walked to the door to make sure it was locked and checked all the windows were sealed and salted. He couldn't really hide that he was kind of freaked out, he brushed a hand through his hair and searched for his phone, he was going to call Dean, but just as his eyes found it on the bedside table, it began to ring. Sam moved towards it and picked it up hoping it was Dean, but he was sadly mistaken. The number was withheld, and he hesitantly answered it.
"Hello?"
All Sam could hear was silence. "Is anyone there?" he asked cautiously.
"I've been watching you Sam." A male's voice rang across the phone line.
Sam frowned "Who are you?"
"Right now that doesn't matter. What-"
Sam glared at the wall in front of him "Who the hell are you!? And what do you want!?"
Sam heard a deep sigh on the other line "You are a stubborn one aren't you? You don't need to know who I am right now because you'll find out soon. And about what I want. I'll get to that later. Now before your big brother comes back you will do something for me-"
"I will do nothing for you, not until you tell me who you are!" Growled Sam.
There was a loud laugh on the other line and suddenly all the power went out as the guy hung up and Sam was standing there with his phone to his ear next to his bed in the dark. Sam looked at his phone and frowned when he saw that it was turned off, he attempted to turn it back on but it wouldn't work. He placed it back down on the bedside table and slowly moved to the area where the bag of weapons Dean and he had and grabbed a torch out of it. As he turned it on the light in it had begun to flicker and then die. Sam jumped as there was a loud banging on the door; he stood still for a moment holding his breath.
